Michele Laurenza

Toronto Analog Photographer and Artist

A primarily lens-based artist, Michele "Mike" Laurenza was first introduced to a 35mm rangefinder at 8 years of age around the turn of the millennium - when analog was first beginning to yield to digital. It would be the early 2010s before he returned to a slower, more thoughtful process by way of his grandfather's family SLR, the iconic Pentax K1000; Mike began working in the Toronto film industry in 2016. A construcion/ICI electrician by trade since 2020, Mike continues to freelance in the camera and electric departments on film sets to this day.
Past crew credits include positions with:
Netflix, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, The CFC, Radke Film, Frank Content, Colossale, Partners Film, The Film Farm, Vice Media (virtue agency), Unified Content, ICON Media, GRIP Ltd, and other crew positions on numerous commercials.
